Care instructions

My favorite boot of all time for work and pleasure. Love the fit and the look of this boot. Unfortunately, while on vacation in Montana the inner portion of my boot pulled out with my foot while taking them off. Wish I could find a fix to this boot because they are worn in perfectly.
