These are my second pair of R Watson’s. I was on the hunt for Full Quills but it was not to be and I tried on several different R Watson’s to see if anything else would hit home. I’d avoided these thinking the skin would be too taut and uncomfortable…. boy was I wrong. I slipped my foot into the boot and was reminded of an old elk pair I had years ago. I’ve had them about a week to this point and the break in period seems to have been non existent even compared to my R Watson smooth ostrich. I’m super impressed with this skin as I am with everything about R Watson boots at the moment!
